Making great pad thai isn’t magic, it’s based on technique, ingredients, discipline and experience.  In this class you will learn how to cook amazing pad thai that can be replicated in any home kitchen.  

Chef Curtiss will provide detailed instruction on the fundamentals of making pad Thai, the equipment needed, the science behind the flavor, as well as how to make a delicious quick and easy pad Thai sauce (one that doesn’t require days of fermentation or comes from a jar). Chef Curtiss will demonstrate a pad Thai preparation and then guide each participant through making their own.
