The Carriage House is proud to support the Foundation of CVPH with this Backyard Pizza Class.

Over the course of a few hours The Carriage House Cooking School will share their recipe and techniques for their classic neapolitan dough, shape 12 pizzas and cook authentic neapolitan pies to perfection in a specially designed pizza oven in 60 seconds!  Those guests willing to take a turn as a pizzaiolo are encouraged to do so.  

Each pizza is boxed and ready for your guest to take with them as they find the perfect spot in your backyard.

What's Included:

12" woodfired pizzas (6 slices each)

• 4 Margherita (tomato, mozzarella, basil)

• 4 Fungi (goats cheese, mushrooms and leek)

• 4 Salumi a Salsiccia (salami and sausage)

2 large platter salads

• Mixed Italian Greens with Lemon Vinaigrette

• Farro, Roasted Pear and Gorgonzola
