Tacos are experiencing a national renaissance lately.  With local food trucks, Mexican eateries and their ever popular love of food media they are no longer are the product of store bought boxed kits and fast food restaurants.  Today’s tacos are two or three bites of fresh, vibrant and local flavor designed for gastronomic delight and offer a tremendous value.

This class will demonstrate fresh masa dough for corn tortilla, a quick flour tortilla dough and several deliciously quick an easy tacos.
