Chef Curtiss is going to blend it up on this episode of Facebook Live with his amazing Blackberry Zinfandel Slushy drink. Yep its the dog days of August and the blender is making an appearance.
Once properly chilled, literally, Chef Curtiss will make a delicious Winemaker’s Pork Tenderloin, sautéed medallions of pork in a rich red zinfandel sauce.
