Provencal Cocktail & Sautéed Chicken Provençal

Chef Curtiss will kick off this episode of the Carriage House Cooking School’s cooking lessons with a local twist on a Provencal Cocktail. Progressing he demonstrates Chicken Provençal, a pan sautéed chicken dish ripe with the flavors of southwestern France.
