3 B’s & Boston Lager Croque Monsieur

Chef Curtiss will kick off this episode of the Carriage House Cooking School’s cooking lessons with his 3 B’s cocktail, bourbon, beer and honey (hence the third B).

Afterwards Chef Curtiss will demonstrate how to take one of his favorite beers, a Boston Lager, and transform it into a delicious waffle. The waffle serves as the base of a twist on the popular French sandwich the Croque Monsieur.
