Join Chef Curtiss and Randall and Sarah Beach of Murray’s Fools Distilling Co. (one of my favorite local spirit producers), on this episode of the Carriage House Cooking School’sFacebook Live Cooking Lessons.

Sarah and Randall will kick off the evening with a group size batch of Peachy Keene, a delightful summer beverage of Wolf Jaw Whiskey, muddled peach, basil leaves and peach juice.

Chef Curtis will then share numerous tricks of his trade as he prepares an amazingly delicious and gorgeous version of California Chicken, a signature dish he developed after a wine trip to Napa Valley.
