Ausable Farm to Table! (Yes, it Rhymes)

This Facebook 30 begins with a delicious local beer and cheese pairing from Ausable Brewing Co. (one of Chef Curtiss’s favorite breweries) and a array of cheeses from the Ausable region..

Chef Curtiss will then walk you through a quick and delicious farm to table grilled flatbread. Chef Curtiss will gather 90% of the ingredients within a 10 mile radius of the Carriage House Cooking School, making sure to celebrate this summer’s bounty and the hard work of our local farmers and food producers.

Don’t worry if you are watching from far away, Chef will give you the tools to make this amazing recipe.
