Join Chef Curtiss as he crafts another delicious cocktail and dinner for us. This week he takes hi s love for local cider and NY apples to the next level with a Cointreau Cider Spritz, a delicious blend of hard cider, fresh cider and Cointreau, a delicious orange flavored brandy like beverage.

After a sip or two Chef Curtiss pounds out some turkey breast to demonstrate an alternative Thanksgiving entree of Saltimbocca, thinly pounded meat combined with prosciutto and sage and finished with a delicious pan sauce.
