Explore and discover the creatively addicting world of meatballs. Chef Curtiss will demonstrate the perfect ratio of meat, binder, garnish and seasoning for the ultimate meatball. Additionally we will explore and create recipes inspired by different cuisines and cultures.

Recipes for the class include:

The Perfect Italian Meatball
Mushroom Stroganoff Meatballs
Dijon Salmon Meatballs
Hoisin Pork & Chicken Meatballs

Additionally this class will have an antipasti platter, Italian green salad and our award winning basil balsamic strawberries. Pasta, GF pasta and rice will also be served.
